Return Policy
At Puppy Therapy Club, every class is planned around a limited number of mats and the care of our puppies, so we keep our policy simple.
All Sales Are Final
All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule with at least 72 hours' notice before your class start time. Email puppytherapyclub@gmail.com with your name, your original class date and time, and your preferred new date.
- Your first reschedule is free.
- Each additional reschedule of the same booking has a $5 fee per ticket.
- Requests made less than 72 hours before class can't be accepted.
- Rescheduling depends on class availability.
Ticket Transfers
You may transfer your ticket to a friend or family member at no charge. Email us their name before class.
Missed Classes and Late Arrivals
We offer a 10-minute grace period after class begins. Late arrivals beyond that, and missed classes, can't be refunded or rescheduled.
If We Cancel a Class
If we must cancel a class for reasons outside our control, such as severe weather, puppy health, or an emergency, you may reschedule at no charge or receive an Open Ticket credit that never expires.
If Your Yoga Instructor Is Unavailable
If our yoga instructor has an emergency or becomes unavailable at the last minute, you may stay for a puppy snuggle session during your scheduled time, and we'll send you a 50% off voucher toward a future class.
Breed Changes
Featured breeds may change without notice for the health and comfort of our puppies. A breed change does not qualify for a refund or a free reschedule.
