Terms of Use

Welcome to Puppy Therapy Club! We want every visit to be relaxing, joyful and safe for you and for our puppies. By booking a class, you agree to the terms below.

Our Classes

Each session is 75 minutes: 45 minutes of beginner-friendly yoga, followed by 30 minutes of puppy snuggles, play and photos. No yoga experience is needed.

Age Requirements

Guests must be 10 or older to attend. Any guest under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign our waiver before class. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a participating adult.

Puppy Breeds

We share the featured breed for each class weekly. Because we put our puppies' health and comfort first, breeds may change without notice. A change in breed does not qualify for a refund or a free reschedule.

Tickets and Refunds

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

Rescheduling

Need a different date? You may reschedule with at least 72 hours' notice before your class start time by emailing puppytherapyclub@gmail.com.

  • Your first reschedule is free.
  • Each additional reschedule of the same booking has a $5 fee per ticket.
  • Requests made less than 72 hours before class can't be accepted.
  • Rescheduling depends on class availability.

Ticket Transfers

Can't make it? You're welcome to give your ticket to a friend or family member at no charge. Just email us their name before class so we can update your booking. The new guest must meet our age requirements and sign the waiver at check-in.

Arrival and Missed Classes

Please arrive 10 minutes early to check in. We offer a 10-minute grace period after the class start time. After that, entry may not be possible, and the booking will be treated as a missed class. Missed classes can't be refunded or rescheduled.

Class Scheduling Changes

Occasionally, a scheduling conflict may require us to move your booking. If this happens, we may move you to the class just before or just after your original time, and we'll let you know as early as possible.

Class Cancellations

On rare occasions, we may need to cancel a class for reasons outside our control, such as severe weather, puppy health, or an emergency. If this happens, we'll contact you as soon as possible. You may reschedule into another class at a time that works for you at no charge, or receive an Open Ticket credit that never expires and can be used for any future class.

If Your Yoga Instructor Is Unavailable

On rare occasions, our yoga instructor may have an emergency or become unavailable at the last minute. If this happens, you're welcome to stay and enjoy a puppy snuggle session during your scheduled time, and we'll send you a 50% off voucher toward a future class.

Puppy Safety and Studio Rules

  • Outdoor shoes are not allowed in the studio. Please bring clean socks.
  • Please wash or sanitize your hands before handling puppies.
  • Let puppies come to you. Please don't pick up a puppy unless our staff says it's okay, and always stay seated or close to the floor when holding one.
  • No outside food. Covered water bottles only.
  • Please do not bring your own pets.
  • Our staff may pause interaction or move a puppy to rest at any time. Their wellbeing always comes first.
  • We may ask any guest who doesn't follow these rules or our staff's directions to leave, without a refund.

Health and Allergies

Puppies may jump, nibble, scratch or have accidents. Please don't book if you have dog allergies, a weakened immune system, or a condition that could be affected by contact with animals. Please check with your doctor before taking part in physical activity if you have any health concerns.

Assumption of Risk

Yoga and animal interaction involve some risk of injury. By attending, you agree that you take part voluntarily and at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Puppy Therapy Club, its owners, staff and partners from liability for any injury, illness, loss or damage arising from your participation. All guests must sign our waiver at check-in. For guests under 18, the waiver must be signed by a parent or legal guardian.

Photos and Video

Photos and videos are part of the Puppy Therapy Club experience. Guests and staff take pictures and record throughout each class. By booking and attending, you consent to being photographed and recorded by Puppy Therapy Club and by other guests. You also grant Puppy Therapy Club permission to use those images and recordings, including your likeness, on our website, social media and marketing materials, without payment or further approval. This consent is a condition of participation. If you don't agree, please don't book a class.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of booking applies.
