How It Works

  1. Join. Choose your level and prepay your first three months.
  2. Book. Use your credits to book any public class up to 60 days ahead.
  3. Relax. After three months, your membership renews month to month until you cancel. You can cancel online anytime.

Automatic Renewal Terms

Please read before joining. Your membership automatically renews and you'll be charged until you cancel.

  • What you pay first: Your first three months are charged in full at sign-up: $297 (Bronze), $495 (Silver) or $597 (Gold). This payment is non-refundable.
  • What happens next: After your first three months, your membership automatically renews every month. Your card on file is charged $99 (Bronze), $165 (Silver) or $199 (Gold) on your monthly renewal date until you cancel.
  • How to cancel: Cancel anytime online through your account page, or by emailing puppytherapyclub@gmail.com. Cancel at least 7 days before your renewal date to avoid the next month's charge.
  • After you cancel: Your benefits continue through the end of the period you've already paid for. Payments already made are not refunded.
  • Price changes: We'll notify you by email at least 30 days before any change to your membership price, and you can cancel before the new price applies.

By joining, you agree to these automatic renewal terms. After you sign up, you'll receive a confirmation email with these terms and instructions for cancelling.

Membership Terms

Three-month commitment. Every membership starts with a three-month minimum, paid in full at sign-up. This payment is non-refundable and can't be cancelled once the membership begins, except where required by law.

Monthly credits. New credits are added to your account each month on your renewal date. Please allow up to 3 business days for credits to appear.

Rollover. Unused credits roll over for one additional month, then expire. Your oldest credits are used first.

Booking. Members may book public classes up to 60 days in advance, as long as the membership and credit will still be active on the class date. Membership doesn't guarantee a spot in a specific class. All bookings depend on availability.

Rescheduling and missed classes. Member bookings follow the same rules as single tickets. You may reschedule with at least 72 hours' notice. Credits used for classes that are missed, or that you cancel with less than 72 hours' notice, are forfeited.

Classes we cancel. If we cancel a class, your credit is returned to your account with 30 extra days added to its expiration date.

Instructor unavailable. If our yoga instructor is unavailable for your class, your credit is returned to your account.

Credits are personal. Membership credits belong to the member and can't be sold, shared or transferred.

Gold guest passes. Guest passes are for a guest attending the same class as the Gold member. They don't roll over and have no cash value. Guests must meet our age requirements and complete the waiver.

Gold birthday class. The birthday class must be used during your birthday month while your Gold membership is active. It doesn't carry over.

No cash value. Unused credits, guest passes, birthday classes and other perks have no cash value and can't be refunded.

Payments. Benefits are available only while your account is active and paid. If a payment fails, booking privileges may be paused until it is resolved.

Waitlist. When a membership level is full, we may close enrollment or start a waitlist.

Changes. We may update class schedules, benefits or membership options. We'll notify members at least 30 days in advance of any change to pricing or membership terms.
